In the state of Ohio a 27 year old man made an interesting decision after a traffic stop. He fled. When running away he seemingly lost the officers in pursuit. Moments later the dashcam from a squad car captures video of a sanitation worker opening a trash lid and finding the suspect being an actual trash bag. The video is hilarious and the suspects family will cherish this amazing memory forever. The best part is that the police called the man “Oscar The Grouch”.
